Formula Pro is an unofficial app and is not associated in any way with Formula One companies, any Formula 1 team, or any Formula 1 driver. F1, FORMULA ONE, FORMULA 1, FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, GRAND PRIX and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing B.V.

All assets used, including logos, images, and other copyrighted materials, are owned by the respective teams, drivers, and entities. Formula Pro is an independent project and does not claim any official relationship, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship with Formula One companies, any Formula 1 team (Ferrari, McLaren, Mercedes, Red Bull, Aston Martin, Alpine, Williams, Racing Bulls, Haas, Kick Sauber), or any Formula 1 driver.

Any references to Formula One, F1, or related marks are made solely for informational and editorial purposes.

Intellectual Property

You are not permitted to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app, its code, or trademarks. You may not attempt to extract the source code or reverse-engineer the app. The app and all associated intellectual property rights belong to Formula Pro.

Use of the App

Formula Pro stores and processes personal data to provide our services. It is your responsibility to keep your device and app access secure. We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and cause the app to malfunction.

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions:

  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Apple Sign In
  • Apple Push Notification Service

Internet Connection

Certain features require an active internet connection. We cannot guarantee full functionality without Wi-Fi or mobile data. You are responsible for any data charges from your mobile provider, including roaming charges when using the app outside your home region.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to keep the app updated and accurate, we rely on third-party data sources. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on information provided by the app.

We are not responsible for:

  • Device battery or connectivity issues
  • Inaccurate or delayed data from third-party sources

Updates and Changes

Subscriptions and Payments

If you subscribe to premium features, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Termination

Upon termination of your use of the app, all rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must stop using and delete the app from your device.
